  • Shipping cost: Orders ≤ £110 charged £11.99; orders > £110 free shipping.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours: we will immediately process your cancellation.

  • Orders beyond 48 hours: please follow our return process after delivery for refunds.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Validity Period: 30 days after receipt.

  • Conditions: Product appearance issues, quality problems, odor or severe color differences, incorrect items, or no reason.

  • Return Process: Contact us via email or phone with order number, payment proof, reason, and photos/videos. If approved, we provide a return address. Return the item for inspection and refund.

  • Exchange Process: Similar process; upon approval, return the item, and replacement will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Return Label: All approved returns must include a return label provided by our store to ensure tracking.

  • Refund Process: Once return is confirmed, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Defective or incorrect items—shipping covered by us; no-reason returns—shipping borne by the customer.
