Exchange Request Procedure
Customers requesting an exchange should contact our support team via email or phone and submit the order number, payment confirmation, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos if applicable.

Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including Visa or MasterCard.

Return Authorization & Shipping Label
All approved return requests must include an official return label provided by our store. This label is required to ensure accurate identification, tracking, and efficient handling of returned packages.
Customers should securely attach the return label to the parcel before shipment. Returns sent without authorization or without the provided label may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.
Shipping Cost Responsibility

Covered by us: If the return is due to appearance defects, quality problems, abnormal odors, severe color differences, or items not matching the original order, the return shipping cost will be fully covered by our store.

Covered by the customer: For no-reason returns within the eligible period, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control. Additionally, we are not liable for damage resulting from improper packaging or handling once the product has left our facility.
All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
