Creating an Account
You may create an account to track orders, save shipping information, and manage your preferences. Alternatively, you can check out as a guest by providing your shipping and billing details.
Payment Process
We accept secure credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and others. Payment steps are as follows:

Order Processing

Orders placed before 18:00 (Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00, Europe/London, GMT/BST) are processed the same day. Orders after 18:00 or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Delivery area: United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs: Orders over £110 qualify for free shipping; orders £110 or below are charged £11.99.

Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days after dispatch.

Order tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment details, and carrier information. You can track your order on the “Order Tracking” page using your email or phone number and the order number.
Canceling an Order

Orders not shipped within 48 hours can be canceled directly.

Orders already shipped or placed more than 48 hours ago cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.

To cancel, contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and payment proof. Our team will confirm the cancellation and arrange a refund if applicable.
Returns and Exchanges

Return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions: product appearance issues, quality problems, odor or severe color differences, incorrect items, or no specific reason.

Contact our store with order number, payment proof, reason, and relevant photos or videos.

If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.

Return the item to the specified address.

After inspection, a refund will be arranged for returns, or a replacement item will be dispatched within 1–3 working days for exchanges.

Refunds are returned to the original payment card, typically within 1–3 working days depending on bank processing.

Shipping costs: For defective or incorrect items, we cover the cost; for no reason returns, the customer bears the cost.

All approved returns must include the provided return label for tracking.
Receiving and Sign-Off Instructions
Inspect the package upon delivery. Sign only if the package appears intact. Report visible damages immediately to the carrier and our store.
