Larinesto is committed to providing clear, dependable, and transparent shipping services to customers located within the United Kingdom. This policy explains our delivery coverage, fees, timelines, and related responsibilities.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship orders exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping outside the UK is not available at this time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are determined based on the total order value:

Orders with a total value above £110 are eligible for free standard shipping

Orders with a total value of £110 or below are subject to a flat shipping fee of £11.99
All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (Europe/London, GMT or BST depending on season).

Orders placed before 18:00 on business days will generally be processed on the same day

Orders placed after 18:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
Non-working days are not included in processing time calculations.
Order Processing Time
Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation and processing prior to dispatch. Processing time does not include transit time.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to destination location, carrier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS, which we partner with to ensure reliable handling, tracking, and delivery.
Order Tracking
After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing the order number, payment information, and shipping carrier details.
Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be available. Customers may track their shipment through our Order Tracking page by entering the order number along with the associated email address or phone number.
Disclaimer & Shipping Responsibility

Product Damage or Loss: Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier once the package has been handed over. We are not liable for damage or loss occurring during transit.

Shipping Changes or Cancellations: Requests to modify or cancel an order after dispatch may not be accommodated.

Delivery Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Inspection & Receiving Instructions
Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Please sign for the shipment only if the external packaging appears intact.
If visible damage, tampering, or missing items are identified, report the issue to both the carrier and our customer service team as soon as possible to allow timely assistance.
